Amends the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems Act in the provision concerning the Trauma Center Fund. Provides that under no circumstance shall money collected within one EMS region be redirected to another EMS region. Provides that if money collected from an EMS region cannot be distributed to any trauma center in that EMS region because the trauma center is located outside of the State, then the Department of Public Health shall distribute the money to other health care facilities in the EMS region. Effective immediately.
