Merit Comp Furlough Limit

Abstract

Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that no merit compensation employee paid for personal services from any line item appropriation available for that purpose may be required to take any more unpaid furlough days than employees subject to a collective bargaining agreement who are employed by the same State agency, as that term is defined in the Illinois State Auditing Act. Effective immediately.
