Idot-Asphalt Or Concrete

Abstract

Amends the Department of Transportation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department to establish and publish scientifically-based criteria detailing under what circumstances concrete or asphalt is the preferred material for roadbuilding purposes. Effective immediately.
