Capital Development Board

Abstract

Amends the Capital Development Board Act. Requires the Capital Development Board to conduct a study concerning the use of a quantitatively based metric and standard process to assess the quality of the design and construction process used to renovate and construct public buildings. Provides that the Board shall report its recommendations and findings to the General Assembly as soon as possible.
