Abstract

Expresses that the House of Representatives does not support granting, to non-citizen enemy combatants accused of terrorist acts against the United States, and taken into custody in the Global War on Terror, the Miranda rights and other privileges of the Constitution enjoyed by citizens of the United States of America and urges the President and U.S. Department of Justice to re-examine their positions on the issue.
