Faclty Closure-Mental Hlth

Abstract

Resolves that the Department of Human Services shall submit a report to the Governor and the General Assembly by January 31st of each year following the closure of a State-operated developmental disability or mental health facility, that details the number of individuals that have been transferred or transitioned out of these facilities due to facility closures, the setting to which these individuals were transferred or transitioned to, and how these individuals' health care and other service and support needs are being met following transfer or transition from a State-operated developmental disability or mental health facility.
