Urge Congress-Horse Processing

Abstract

Urges the Congress of the United States to oppose H.R. 503 and S. 727 of the 111th Congress, bills that would criminalize the possession, shipment, transport, purchase, sale, delivery, or receipt of any horse with the intent that it be processed for human consumption.
