Hfs-Medicaid-Disabled Persons

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. In provisions concerning the Medicaid eligibility of persons with disabilities who are employed, adds (subject to federal approval) persons with a medically improved disability who are employed and eligible under a specified provision of the Social Security Act. Effective immediately.
