Emergency Telephone Sys-Report

Abstract

Amends the Emergency Telephone System Act. Repeals provisions requiring each telephone company to file a report (in every even numbered year) with the Illinois Commerce Commission and the General Assembly regarding the telephone company's implementation of a planned emergency telephone system and its projected further implementation of the plan. Effective immediately.
