Amends the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act. Provides that nothing in the Act precludes a physician licensed under the Medical Practice Act of 1987 from providing services within the scope of his or her license to any resident (instead of providing that nothing in the Act precludes a physician licensed to practice medicine in all its branches from providing services to any resident). Effective immediately.
