Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to provide a written report to the General Assembly no later than January 1, 2011 detailing the implementation of the Primary Care Case Management Program, including a review of the timeline the program was implemented, the cost savings associated with the program, and any future implementation changes planned by the Department. Effective immediately.
