Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that the corporate authorities of any municipality may license and regulate landlords, as defined by the corporate authorities of the municipality, within that municipality. Specifies that the corporate authorities of any municipality may require that landlords include in any and all leases prohibitions of criminal activity. Effective immediately.
