Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Specifies the allowable access from any State designated highway to county, township, or municipal highways for combinations of vehicles meeting certain length, width, and weight requirements. Provides that certain combinations of vehicles over 65 feet in length operated by household goods carriers have unlimited access to points of loading and unloading. Effective immediately.
