Pen Cd-Ga-Impeachment

Abstract

Amends the General Assembly Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that none of the retirement benefits provided in the Article shall be paid to any person who is impeached by the House of Representatives and convicted and removed from office by the Senate. Provides that all participants in service or entering service after the effective date shall be deemed to have consented to the provisions as a condition of participation in the retirement system. Effective immediately.
