Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Provides that disability compensation received from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs or a grant or other compensation received under the Military Code of Illinois for service-related injuries shall be excluded from net income for purposes of determining child support. Effective immediately.
