Muni Cd-Political Signs

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that no municipality may prohibit the display of outdoor political campaign signs on residential property during the period beginning 35 days before a consolidated primary, general primary, consolidated, or general election and ending 5 days after that election.
