Amends the State Employees Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides the alternative formula for certain automotive mechanics, maintenance field technicians, field techs, engineering technicians V (ET V), maintenance field engineers, field engineers, and civil engineers V (CE V). Exempts the changes from the new benefit increase provisions. Effective immediately.
