Amends the Hearing Instrument Consumer Protection Act. Provides that the Department shall grant reciprocity to a hearing instrument dispenser who has a valid license, or its equivalent, from another state which has an examination that is comparable to the examination required under the Act and who has been actively practicing as a hearing instrument dispenser for at least 3 months or is certified by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences.
