Pub Aid & Older Adult Services

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act. Provides that a nursing home that receives a nursing home conversion grant under the Older Adult Services Act shall retain the Certificate of Need for its nursing and sheltered care beds that were converted for 15 years, as provided in that Act. Effective immediately.
