Re-Sellers Electr Task Force

Abstract

Creates the Re-Sellers' Electronic Reporting Task Force to study the various systems, technologies, and methods of operation for providing law enforcement with timely access to information relating to the sales of personal property by pawnbrokers, auction services, consignment sellers, and other resellers. Provides that the Task Force shall report its recommendations to the General Assembly by December 31, 2007.
