Inc Tx-Audible Label Deduction

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Creates a tax deduction of up to $250 for the purchase of a device that reads prescription labels with audible capability and a deduction of up to $1,000 for the purchase of a device that creates prescription labels with audible capability. Effective immediately.
