Off-Highway Trails Fund

Abstract

Amends the Recreation Trails of Illinois Act. Provides for certain disbursements from the Off-Highway Vehicle Trails Fund notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary adopted after the effective date of the Act. Effective immediately.
