Amends the Pest and Predatory Animal Control Act. Provides that the Department of Agriculture, in collaboration with the Department of Natural Resources, shall promulgate rules concerning the control of firewood importation into the State with special attention to controlling the infestation of insect pests, including the emerald ash borer. Effective immediately.
