Hunting Near Dwelling

Abstract

Amends the Wildlife Code. Provides that it is unlawful for any person to discharge any firearm in the general direction of an inhabited dwelling for the purpose of taking any of the species protected by the Wildlife Code. Removes a prohibition against hunting with a gun or dog within 300 yards of an inhabited dwelling without first obtaining permission from the owner or tenant, with certain exceptions. Effective immediately.
