Amends the School Code. Requires the State Board of Education to adopt rules for the elimination of vegetable oils containing trans fats in foods served in public school cafeterias beginning on July 1, 2009 and for the elimination of all foods containing trans fats from public schools beginning on July 1, 2010. Effective immediately.
