Diseased Animals-Quarantine

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Diseased Animals Act. Requires the Department of Agriculture to quarantine dogs testing positive for Brucella Canis and other dogs in contact with infected dogs. Sets forth conditions for releasing dogs from quarantine. Effective immediately.
