Pro Boxing-Chiroprctr-Rnd Lmt

Abstract

Amends the Professional Boxing Act. Includes a person licensed to treat human ailments without the use of drugs and without operative surgery under the Medical Practice Act of 1987 in the definition of "physician". Contains a nonacceleration clause. Effective June 1, 2008.
