Hfs-New Eligibility Moratorium

Abstract

Amends the Children's Health Insurance Program Act, the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act, and the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that notwithstanding any other provision of any of those Acts, no program or eligibility group may be added or expanded under any of those Acts without authorization by the 95th General Assembly. Provides that these provisions are repealed upon the sine die adjournment of the 95th General Assembly. Effective immediately.
