Abstract

Amends Public Act 94-798. Appropriates $1,500,000 to the Department of Corrections for expenses associated with the operation of the Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center, including a juvenile methamphetamine pilot program (rather than for a juvenile methamphetamine pilot program at the Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center). Effective immediately.
