Epa-Pollution Control Facility

Abstract

Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that a facility that is operated by a municipality or county is not deemed to be a waste management facility under the Act due to the fact that it is used for the cremation of deceased noncompanion animals. Effective immediately.
