Second Chance Task Force

Abstract

Creates the Second Chance Task Force to study the feasibility of proposed legislation to give persons who commit crimes that would otherwise result in their imprisonment to be given the opportunity to serve in the Armed Forces of the United States or the Illinois National Guard.
