Governor Travel To Springfield

Abstract

Prohibits the Governor, except in emergency situations and to commute once a week, from (i) using a State plane or vehicle as transportation from Chicago to Springfield and back and (ii) using State funds or assets or being reimbursed by the State for travel from Chicago to Springfield and back.
