Urge Congress-Methamphetamine

Abstract

Urges the Illinois congressional delegation to propose federal legislation that provides funds to colleges, universities, or other State institutions that conduct research on the development of an additive to anhydrous ammonia that makes it inert in the production of methamphetamine.
