$Dhs-Privat Sector Dd Agencies

Abstract

In addition to any amounts previously appropriated for that purpose, appropriates $68,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services to fund a full 6% cost-of-doing-business increase in the topline rates paid to private sector agencies serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Effective July 1, 2007.
