Veh Cd-Trailer Hitch Length

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a person may not operate or permit to be operated on any highway of this State a vehicle with a trailer hitch that extends more than 4 inches beyond the rear of the vehicle, unless that vehicle is towing another vehicle.
