Fire Protection Dist-Contracts

Abstract

Amends the Fire Protection District Act. Provides that assets under the control of a fire department entity that have been paid for by a fire protection district shall revert back to the district upon termination of the contract or dissolution of the fire department entity if no other provision for the distribution of assets exists in the contract.
