Inc Tx-Deductions

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Creates an income tax deduction for an amount equal to the income derived by an individual under the age of 18 from the auction of his or her livestock that is entered in the Illinois State Fair or the DuQuoin State Fair. Exempts the deduction from the Act's sunset provisions. Effective July 1, 2008.
