Pub Health-Bisphenol A

Abstract

Creates the Bisphenol A Products Act. Provides that no person shall sell, have, offer for sale, or transfer toys, furniture, clothing, accessories, jewelry, decorative objects, edible items, candy, food, dietary supplements, children's products, or other articles used by or intended to be chewable by children that contain bisphenol A. Provides that any person who violates the Act is guilty of a business offense punishable by a fine of $1,001 for each violation and each sale, offer for sale, or transfer in violation of the Act is a separate violation.
