Pen Cd-Mwrd-Board Of Trustees

Abstract

Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Adds an appointed retiree member and an elected employee member to the Board of Trustees. Beginning on the effective date of the amendatory Act, increases the terms for successors to the employee members from 3 years to 4 years. Effective immediately.
