Govt Ethics-Interest Statement

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act. In the forms for the statements of economic interests to be filed with the Secretary of State or a county clerk, requires the person making the statement to supply a mailing address (now, a post office address to which notification of statement examination may be sent, which notification is no longer required).
