Crim Cd - Burglary Penalties

Abstract

Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that a burglary committed in a facility that stores the necessities of life such as food, clothing, or other tangibles for free distribution to economically disadvantaged persons is a Class 1 (rather than a Class 2) felony. Effective immediately.
