Consumer Fraud-Email Address

Abstract

Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Makes it an unlawful business practice for any person to license, transfer, use, or sell information concerning a valid email address that was obtained because the owner of the email address has indicated that he or she no longer wants to receive email from that sender.
