Abstract

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the suspension shall be for one year if the violation is a misdemeanor or a Class 3 or Class 4 felony and shall be for 3 years if the violation is a Class X, Class 1, or Class 2 felony (rather than being for one year in all cases).
