Organized Gang Data-Sharing

Abstract

Amends the Statewide Organized Gang Database Act. Requires the Department to develop a statewide, Internet-based organized gang information sharing system. Provides that the Department shall make the information sharing system available to all law enforcement agencies and prosecutors in counties with a population greater than 350,000.
