Disposal Of Confidential Info

Abstract

Creates the Confidential Information Disposal Act. Provides that each State agency must shred, destroy, or otherwise render unintelligible any paper, memo, document, report, personal computer, floppy disk, CD, or other device containing confidential information prior to disposing of those items. Defines "State agency" and "confidential information".
