Medicaid-Kids-Autism-Fed Waivr

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to apply for an appropriate waiver of federal law and regulations in order to provide medical assistance coverage for home and community-based services for children under age 18 with autism. Effective immediately.
