Safeguard Long-Term Residents

Abstract

Urges hearings to examine the issue of criminal parolees and sex offenders in Illinois nursing homes, long-term care facilities, community integrated living arrangements, and supportive living centers without adequate disclosure and supervision and propose solutions that will safeguard vulnerable residents.
