$Grants - Dceo E85 Encourage

Abstract

Appropriates $5,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the E85 Vehicle Encouragement Fund and further appropriates that amount from the E85 Vehicle Encouragement Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to make pro rata rebate grants under the E85 Vehicle Encouragement Program as provided in the Illinois Renewable Fuels Development Program Act. Effective July 1, 2005.
