Dceo-Retooling Program

Abstract

Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to establish and maintain a program to assist manufacturing businesses in the State identify new markets and to retool to create new products or improve existing products.
