Pharmacy-Deny Emer Contraceptn

Abstract

Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act of 1987. Provides that a pharmacist licensed under the Act may, based on his or her personal, religious beliefs, refuse to fill a prescription for and to dispense emergency contraception.
